All orders will be shipped only upon receipt of full and cleared payment. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances. Shipping fees, delivery timelines, and available destinations are determined at the time of order confirmation and are subject to change without notice.
 

The company does not guarantee delivery to all locations. Clients must confirm availability of delivery to their required site before placing an order. Any estimated delivery times provided are non-binding and may vary due to operational or logistical factors. Delays in shipment shall not entitle the buyer to cancel the order or claim damages.
 

Ownership of goods passes to the buyer upon dispatch from our facility. The company accepts no liability for loss or damage in transit unless agreed in writing prior to shipment.
