Returns Policy
 

All returns are accepted strictly at the sole discretion of the company. Requests to return goods must be submitted in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery. Products must be in original, unused, and resaleable condition, with all original packaging intact.
 

Returns will only be accepted with prior written authorization from the company. A restocking fee of up to 25% may be deducted from any approved refund. The cost of return shipping and handling is the full responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed in writing.
 

The company reserves the right to refuse returns of any goods that have been opened, damaged, used, or are classified as bespoke, special order, or clearance stock. Refunds, where applicable, will be issued only after the returned items have been inspected and approved.
