Pricing Policy
 

All prices displayed, quoted, or published by the company are indicative only and are subject to change without prior notice. The company reserves the right to revise pricing at any time before a confirmed order is invoiced and paid in full.
 

All quotations issued are valid for the period specified on the quote or, if unspecified, for 7 days from the date of issue. Quotations do not constitute a binding contract until the full amount has been paid and acknowledged in writing by the company.
 

Any errors in published pricing, whether online, in print, or communicated verbally, shall not be binding. The company reserves the right to correct any pricing errors and adjust charges accordingly.
 

Product Availability & Substitution Policy
 

All products are offered for sale subject to availability. While the company strives to maintain consistent stock levels, it provides no guarantee of continuous availability of any item. Orders will be fulfilled based on current inventory and supply chain circumstances.
 

The company reserves the right to substitute any item ordered with a product of equal or higher specification and value, where necessary, without prior notice. Substitutions will be made with the intention of maintaining product performance and client satisfaction.
 

Should a substitution not be acceptable to the buyer, the company must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods. Any disputes must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of delivery. Failure to do so will be deemed acceptance of the goods as supplied.
 

The company shall not be held liable for any direct or consequential losses arising from delays, shortages, or substitutions.
